Currently, payment is accepted upon receipt (Cash on Delivery) at the time of delivery.
Yes — you may return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in original packaging, and you have your order number.
No — Custom or prescription lenses are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started, because they are made to your specification and cannot be resold.
Typical delivery times are:
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
- Alexandria & Delta: 2–4 business days
- Upper Egypt & remote areas: 3–6 business days
AOS products include a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only (frames, hinges, finishes). Accidental damage and wear-and-tear are not covered.
