Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding national holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods (such as sales or new launches), processing time may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days after shipment.

  • Alexandria & Delta: 2–4 business days.

  • Upper Egypt & Remote Areas: 3–6 business days.

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, and public holidays.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • All prices include VAT.

  • Occasional Free Shipping Offers may be available and clearly displayed on our website or during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.

Delivery Conditions

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery fails both times, your order will be returned to us.

  • If you wish to reschedule delivery, please contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided.

Inspection Upon Delivery

We highly recommend that you inspect your package before accepting it.
If you notice any visible damage, missing items, or signs of tampering, please refuse the shipment and notify us immediately. Once an order is accepted, we cannot be held responsible for visible courier-related damage.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently deliver within Egypt only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

  • International shipping options will be announced in the future.

While we work with highly reliable couriers, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, holidays, or courier issues). We’ll always assist in resolving any delay and keep you updated throughout the process.
