You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition (free from scratches or damage).

  • The item includes all original packaging and accessories (case, cloth, warranty card, etc.).

  • You provide a valid order number or receipt.

  • The item is not customized, such as prescription or tailored lenses.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom-made lenses produced according to your prescription or order.

  • Frames that have been altered, repaired, or fitted with lenses outside AOS.

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete products.

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.

Special Terms for Lens Orders

At AOS, we treat lens orders with extra care because they are custom-made exclusively for you.
Once a lens order has been confirmed and any payment (partial or full) has been made, the lens portion becomes non-refundable and non-returnable, even if the lenses have not yet been shipped.

When you place an order including lenses, our team will contact you to confirm all details and collect the payment related to the lens preparation.
If you choose to cancel or change your mind after payment, the lens payment cannot be refunded, as the lenses are manufactured or imported specifically for your order and cannot be resold.

This policy follows international optical standards that prohibit the return of custom-made optical products.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide approval along with return instructions.

  3. Repack the item in its original packaging to avoid damage during shipping.

  4. Once received, our team will inspect the product within 1–3 business days.

Fees & Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • For defective or wrong items, AOS will handle the full cost of return and re-delivery.

Exchanges

  • Same price: No extra charge.

  • Higher price: You’ll pay the difference.

  • Lower price: You’ll receive store credit for the remaining balance.
    Each product can be exchanged once per order. Additional exchanges may incur extra shipping fees.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue.
We will arrange a free return pickup and issue a replacement or store credit including the shipping cost.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed as store credit, or in specific cases, reversed to the original payment method.
Please note that cash refunds are not available except in verified cases of a manufacturing or dispatch error by AOS.

Store Credit Validity

Store credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used toward any future AOS purchase.
