Payment Method — Cash on Delivery

Please note that payment is currently made upon receipt.
At the present time, Cash on Delivery (COD) is the only available payment method for all orders within Egypt.
You will make your payment directly to the courier at the time of delivery.

Our team is working to introduce additional secure online payment options in the near future.

Payment Process

  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email containing your order details.

  • Please ensure that your contact number and address are accurate to avoid delays in delivery.

  • Payment must be made in cash to the courier representative when receiving your package.

Orders Containing Custom Lenses

If your order includes custom or prescription lenses, our team will contact you to confirm the lens details.
In some cases, a partial prepayment may be required to begin processing your lenses.
Once this payment is received and production has started, it becomes non-refundable, even if the order is later canceled.

This is because lenses are custom-made to your specifications and cannot be reused or resold.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.

  • Once your order has been dispatched to the courier, it can no longer be canceled.

  • Repeated refusal of delivery may result in temporary suspension of your Cash on Delivery privilege for future orders.

Address or Order Modifications

You may request an address or product modification before shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, modification requests depend on courier capabilities and may incur additional delivery fees.

Refund Policy

  • Since payment is made upon receipt, no advance charges are collected for regular orders.

  • For orders involving custom lenses, any prepayment is non-refundable once production begins.

  • Refunds or store credits apply only in cases of product defects or incorrect shipments (see our Returns Policy for details).

Security & Verification

All AOS orders are verified by our customer care team before shipping.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears incomplete, invalid, or suspicious.
