Warranty Coverage

All AOS eyewear products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty starting from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including:

  • Structural defects in frames or hinges.

  • Paint or coating imperfections due to manufacturing.

  • Lens defects originating from production, not caused by handling.

AOS will repair, replace, or offer store credit for any item found to have a verified manufacturing defect during the warranty period.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or external conditions beyond manufacturing control, including:

  • Scratches, cracks, or lens damage resulting from impact or improper cleaning.

  • Deformation caused by heat, chemicals, or exposure to moisture.

  • Accidental breakage due to drops or excessive force.

  • Adjustments, repairs, or lens replacements made by third parties.

  • Loss or theft of products.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Product Repairs (Out of Warranty)

If your eyewear needs repair due to accidental damage or general wear and tear, we can assist with paid repair or replacement options at fair rates — depending on parts availability.

Proof of Purchase

A valid invoice, order confirmation, or receipt is required for all warranty claims.
Without proof of purchase, AOS reserves the right to deny warranty coverage.

Exclusions

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from AOS official stores, website, or authorized distributors.
Products purchased through unauthorized sellers are not covered by our warranty.
