2. Do you offer delivery across Egypt?

Yes — AOS provides nationwide delivery to all governorates in Egypt, from Cairo to Aswan and Alexandria to Sinai, using reliable courier partners to ensure fast and secure delivery.

3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

  • Alexandria & Delta: 2–4 business days

  • Upper Egypt & remote areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or sale seasons.

4. What payment methods are available?

At the present time, payment is upon receipt (Cash on Delivery).
You can pay the courier in cash when your order is delivered.
AOS will soon introduce online payment options (Visa, MasterCard, and digital wallets).

5. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused and undamaged.

  • It’s returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

  • You have your order number or receipt.

Please note that custom-made lenses are non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact AOS customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a free return and replacement or issue store credit — whichever you prefer.

Yes — all AOS eyewear products come with a 6-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects (e.g., frame or hinge issues).
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, scratches, or misuse.
